Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance and life safety testing of building systems.
• Maintain HVAC, boiler, chiller, electrical, plumbing and medical gas systems.
• Respond to trouble calls and diagnose issues; dispatch to appropriate trades.
• Use CMMS to initiate, track and document work completed.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for specialized repairs and PMs.
• Train staff on Environment of Care Utility Manual for the hospital.
