Job summary

Vibra Hospital of southeastern Massachusetts in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep the facility and its equipment safe and compliant. You will perform preventive maintenance, assist with repairs, and help maintain a secure, functional environment for patients and staff.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least one year in building or mechanical trades; electricians or related certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in building or mechanical field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain facility and equipment in a safe, efficient manner in line with standards and policies.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with general repairs as needed.
• Maintain a safe environment and follow safety procedures; may take on security duties.
