Qualifications

• Knowledge of safety codes and regulations.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and follow written/oral instructions.
• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine facility maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, electrical, carpentry and painting.
• Conduct regularly scheduled safety checks, inspections and walk-throughs.
• Carry out groundskeeping duties and respond to work orders in a timely manner.
• Identify potential issues and communicate with Director of Facilities.
• Follow building preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Maintain records for regulatory compliance across local, state and federal agencies.
