Qualifications

• 3rd Class Refrigeration Operator license upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain pneumatic or DDC controls on mechanical equipment.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC and electrical systems.
• Read data from hospital mechanical systems and update work orders.
• Perform preventive maintenance and energy management programs.
• Ensure safety standards and documentation meet Joint Commission requirements.
• Respond to maintenance requests with minimal downtime.
