Job summary

Avera Merrill Pioneer Hospital is seeking a Facility Services Manager to lead off-campus facilities operations, supervise staff, schedule work, and respond to emergencies. You will ensure buildings meet life-safety codes and coordinate maintenance and utilities.

Essential qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and at least one year of related experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Drivers License required.
• Minimum of one year related experience or training.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Facility Services staff and manage scheduling and on-the-job training.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and emergency response activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Monitor quality and compliance with CMS, The Joint Commission, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
• Assist in budgeting, capital planning, and vendor management to support department goals.
