Job summary

Mercycare is seeking a Facilities Management leader to oversee hospital infrastructure, utility systems, and building equipment. You will manage daily maintenance operations, life-safety compliance, and a team of technicians and operators to ensure reliable patient care support.

The role requires directing contractors, managing CMMS, and driving continuous improvement while adhering to NFPA, CMS, and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Extensive knowledge of plant operations and healthcare infrastructure.
• Experience with CMMS and facility data analysis.
• Familiarity with NFPA, CMS, DNV, OSHA regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily maintenance, repair, inspection, and operational activities for hospital facilities and infrastructure.
• Oversees maintenance programs (corrective, preventive, predictive) and staffing.
• Monitors work orders, labor, equipment reliability, and service levels.
• Ensures CMMS documentation, reporting, and compliance with safety standards.
