Qualifications

• Education: High school education or equivalent (GED) required.
• Must be able to read and write English and perform mathematical calculations.
• Specialized training of one to four years and apprenticeship of trade school courses with certificates in related areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and flooring systems.
• Repair toilets, sinks, faucets, drywall, and painting; service equipment.
• Ensure safe operation and perform routine maintenance in a healthcare setting.
