• High School diploma or GED
• Knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration is preferred
• Must have knowledge of computer office/clinical software

Responsibilities

• Maintain heating, air-conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems
• Perform minor soldering, plumbing, electrical repairs and carpentry work
• Unclog toilets, sinks and drainage areas
• Keep grounds clean and free of clutter
• Maintain work requests through maintenance software
• Participate in staff in-service training
• Provide orientation to new employees as needed
• Floats to other units as assigned
• Follow safety precautions and update skills
