MSS Solutions, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Roper III to maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, SC.

The role supports hospital facilities with preventive and corrective maintenance in a complex healthcare environment. The position requires 3+ years of healthcare facilities experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in repair and maintenance of healthcare facilities.
• Healthcare DHEC, NFPA, and TJC knowledge preferred.
• Fluent in English (read, write and speak).
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Electrical: repair/maintain lighting fixtures, ballasts, and circuits.
• Electrical: repair/maintain 115V outlets and circuits.
• Operate and test electronic systems (fire alarm, security, timers).
• Plumbing: repair/maintain toilets, drains, vents, and fixtures.
• Carpentry: repair furniture, patch walls, and tile work.
• HVAC: operate and service HVAC systems and controls.
• General: perform preventive and corrective maintenance work orders.
• Respond to on-call emergency repair needs and after-hours work.
