Responsibilities

• Paint and refinish furniture and fixtures.
• Construct and repair structural items like frames, walls, and trim.
• Install, modify, and repair utility distribution systems (water, gas, sewage).
• Repair roofs and repair sheathing and joints.
• Work schedule typically 7:00am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
