You will work with a team of colleagues and vendors, applying technical knowledge and problem-solving skills to ensure patient care remains uninterrupted and environments remain safe and reliable.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent job experience required.
• Associate's degree in industrial technologies or a related skilled trade (e.g., HVAC, electrical).

Responsibilities

• Accepts and responds to work requests for general maintenance and repair of facility systems and equipment.
• Repairs and maintains facility equipment such as beds, wheelchairs, stretchers, and nurse call systems.
• Performs minor carpentry, painting, and electro-mechanical repairs; maintains life safety systems.
• Ensures safety compliance and timely repairs while coordinating with supervisors and staff.
• Maintains documentation and records of maintenance work and equipment condition.
