Montrose Health Center in Montrose, IA seeks a Maintenance Technician responsible for a safe, clean, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to ensure facility meets safety standards.

You will handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks within qualifications, coordinate with vendors, maintain records, and support life safety drills.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
• Complete routine preventative maintenance inspections of building and grounds.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff.
• Maintain facility grounds, including mowing and snow removal.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are safe and well maintained.
• Assist with fire safety inspections and life safety compliance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and repairs.
