Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management or a similar field preferred.
• At least three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance required.
• Knowledge of construction terms, blueprints, and basic trades is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, manage and perform facility repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate in-house maintenance work orders and schedule timelines.
• Repair cabinetry, laminate, drywall and ceilings as needed.
• Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks and lighting maintenance.
• Source and manage painting contractors; oversee regional painting projects.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and monitor budgets.
