Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Facilities Management or a similar field is preferred.
• Three years of experience in Construction or Maintenance are required.
• Working knowledge and/or experience of construction terms is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure hospital facilities are maintained in good condition.
• Identify, manage, perform facility maintenance tasks.
• Manage assigned maintenance and repair work orders.
