Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to direct preventive and corrective maintenance for hospital facilities. The role leads staff, schedules resources, and oversees building systems to ensure safe, reliable environments for patient care.

Requirements include a high school diploma with trade school, 5 years in hospital maintenance, 3 years supervisory experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a trade school.
• Five years in hospital maintenance and operation.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Driver's License.
• Proficiency in English with verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes work assignments to ascertain impact of available resources.
• Surveys periodically the campus for hazards and facilitates necessary repairs.
• Ensures the efficient use of available resources and guides staff.
• Maintains PM completion rate at or above 95%.
• Manages building automation system for occupant comfort and proper conditions.
• Hires staff, conducts orientation and training, and handles evaluations.
