Job summary

MedSpace Services seeks a Facilities Manager to oversee the physical plant, ancillary systems, engineering, grounds and safety. You will liaise with contracted vendors and personnel while representing the hospital positively to patients, visitors, physicians and the public.

The role requires hospital facilities knowledge, management experience, and familiarity with codes. A valid driver's license and a high school diploma are required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospital experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hospital associated codes.
• Experience in management/supervision of all Facilities related departments.

Responsibilities

• Manages all work related to the physical plant, ancillary systems, Engineering, Grounds, and Safety.
• Acts as liaison between Medical Center and contracted personnel/vendors.
• Presents a positive image of the hospital to patients, visitors, physicians and the public.
