Job summary

Community Health Network is seeking a Property Management Maintenance Manager to oversee repair, preventive maintenance, and project work for the hospital facilities. You will coordinate labor, materials, and budgets, and lead a team to ensure high-quality, cost-effective results while aligning with department goals.

You will implement emergency action plans, supervise the shop and construction activities, and maintain strong communication with unit staff to improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities-related field or business with equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of verifiable hospital maintenance supervisory experience.
• Experience with labor, materials, and budget planning in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate labor and materials to complete repair, preventive maintenance, and project work.
• Oversee department operations and revise procedures to meet customer expectations.
• Manage capital projects and budgets in collaboration with the Facilities Director.
