You will read blueprints, estimate materials, and operate tools and machinery to ensure quality finishes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduated from a trade or vocational school or have eight years' related experience.
• Experience as a locksmith is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repair, maintenance, and limited new construction of woodwork, equipment and fixtures.
• Read blueprints to determine work and calculate material quantities.
• Operate powered machinery such as lathes, saws, planers, sanders.
• Install and repair locks, doors and related hardware.
• Construct and maintain plaster and drywall; perform roof patching.
