Job summary

Compliant Healthcare Technologies LLC in Cleveland, OH is hiring a Maintenance Technician/Carpenter for our Facility Support team. This is an hourly, full-time position serving hospital clients with a focus on carpentry and general maintenance tasks.

You will install drywall, FRP, millwork, flooring, paint, and caulks, and ensure safety and compliance on job sites. The role requires 1–3 years of stable work history; after-hours and weekend projects may be needed.

Qualifications

• One to three years of stable work history.
• Proficient in using both hand and power tools required for carpentry tasks.
• Knowledgeable in modern construction materials and effective building techniques.
• Educational background includes a high school diploma or equivalent; further training or certification in carpentry is advantageous.
• Must pass multiple background checks, motor vehicle records checks, and drug tests as required by our clients.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of Sheetrock, steel studs, and FRP.
• Application of various paint products and installation of shower enclosures, tiles, and marble.
• Construction and installation of millwork, cabinets, and countertops.
• Wall preparation, painting & cleanup.
• Upholding safety and cleanliness standards on the job site.
• Regular lifting and moving of materials and equipment as required by construction tasks.
• Position may occasionally require after hours & weekends, as dictated by the hospital schedule.
