Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, part of Compass Healthcare, is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to help manage the EVS/housekeeping department. The role requires maintaining sanitary conditions and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance with standards.

Responsibilities include staff training, scheduling, and ensuring the department remains inspection ready, with focus on resident satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1 year of environmental services, housekeeping, facilities maintenance, military, and/or support services experience.
• Experience with Federal and State healthcare surveys.
• Experience with financial accountability is preferred.
• Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a sanitary, attractive, and orderly environment according to program standards.
• Ensures staff training on scheduled responsibilities and maintains training documentation.
• Reviews and disburses daily work orders based on the community schedule.
• Monitors workflow to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards and regulations.
• Coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments and attends staff meetings.
• Maintains an “inspection ready” department and manages department supplies and security.
