Job summary

Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County is seeking an Environmental Service Technician to maintain cleanliness, aesthetics, and a safe environment across hospital areas. Under the direction of the EVS Director and Supervisor, you will contribute to the hospital’s mission of compassionate care and community trust.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to read and write English proficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English proficiently.
• Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Must have effective written and communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented to ensure tasks meet regulated standards.
• Must prioritize workload and establish rapport across areas.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the hospital environment to ensure cleanliness, aesthetics, and a safe setting for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Work under the supervision of the Environmental Services Director and EVS Supervisor to support all hospital and clinic areas.
• Support multiple departments to ensure timely cleaning and sanitization per hospital policies.
