Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Safety sensitive position.
• At least 1 year of hospital cleaning experience.
• Familiar with ES Tech I/II and Floor care roles.
• Capable to motivate, mentor, and train staff.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Experience in hospital healthcare setting preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience overseeing staff and operations.
• Proficiency with housekeeping equipment and cleaning products.
• Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Environmental Services Technicians in patient rooms, ancillary areas, and public facilities.
