Crothall Healthcare is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor for the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH. The role directs associates on a shift, ensuring tasks align with policy and quality standards, while leading training and scheduling efforts.

Required EVS experience with preferred leadership background. The position reports on a 8:30 am–5:00 pm or 3:00 pm–11:30 pm shift, with a pay range of $21.00–$25.00 per hour and full-time benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• Prior environmental Services (EVS) experience is required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests or time-off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
