Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Environmental Services Manager for the 3rd shift in Cincinnati to oversee frontline staff and daily hospital operations.

You will plan staffing, train staff, enforce standards, and coordinate with administration to ensure clean, safe facilities. Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong MS Office skills and supervisory experience required.

Qualifications

• 4 years of support services, military, housekeeping, and/or facilities maintenance experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a service-related field with high customer contact.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and annually reviews standards and work procedures for all staff.
• Plans work and staffing schedules to ensure adequate services are rendered.
• Assists in hiring, interviewing, and training of new associates.
• Orients, develops, and supervises supervisory/housekeeping staff.
• Conducts regular inspections and makes facility recommendations.
• Produces monthly reports on goals and plans.
• Provides staff education and ongoing training.
• Coordinates with administration and other departments.
