The role oversees daily operations, analyzes workflows, schedules training, approves time off, and coordinates cross coverage, with an evening shift from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of leading or supervisory experience or a bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Environmental Services department's technical and administrative functions.
• Act as a technical resource for team members.
• Coordinate orientation, education and training.
• Maintain staffing levels and ensure cross coverage.
• Inspect areas for cleaning quality and safety.
• Schedule paid time off and leave requests.
