Crothall Healthcare is seeking an EVS Director to lead the Housekeeping Department, directing daily operations and coordinating with Assistant Directors and Operations Managers. You will serve as the key liaison between administration and hospital departments, driving efficiency and service quality.

The role requires a four-year degree with healthcare housekeeping management experience, strong financial data analysis, and excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Three years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• General business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals.
• Public speaking skills.
• Proficient in Windows-based office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate the tasks of the Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Monitor department financial data and statistics.
• Develop and manage department operating budgets within approved limits.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Establish work standards and workflow; implement policies and procedures.
• Mentor staff and encourage innovation; ensure regulatory compliance.
