Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking an EVS Director to direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department. You will coordinate the work of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers and serve as a liaison between hospital administration and departments.

The role requires strong financial oversight, the ability to develop working budgets, and proactive leadership to achieve facility goals. Prior healthcare housekeeping leadership and excellent interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and equal related experience required.
• Three years of housekeeping management experience at a healthcare account required.
• Must be able to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Liaise between hospital administration and departments.
• Develops and manages department budget and ensures operations stay within budget.
• Communicate with administration and hospital departments; supervise staff and workflows.
