The role requires a four-year degree and substantial housekeeping management experience in healthcare, with strong financial acumen and leadership abilities to drive quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Liaise between administration and hospital departments.
• Monitor unit expenditures and financial data for the department.
• Develop and manage the department budget and ensure operations stay within budget.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise housekeeping functions and activities.
• Implement policies and procedures for departmental operations.
• Encourage staff development and education programs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and facility goals.
