Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of Assistant Directors and Operations Managers.
• Serve as liaison between administration and hospital departments.
• Develop and manage department budget and ensure operating within budget.
• Establish policies, procedures, and standards for departmental operations.
• Mentor staff and promote quality performance and customer service.
