Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of cleaning supplies and tools preferred.
• Able to speak, read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned patient rooms, waiting areas, restrooms, offices, and other areas by providing housekeeping services.
• Ensure optimum sanitation and a clean environment throughout the hospital.
• Utilize aseptic techniques with specialized cleaning processes and various cleaning devices.
• Follow a daily cleaning schedule according to area needs.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
• Participate in staff meetings and performance improvement activities, ensuring courteous and caring service.
