Responsibilities

• Performs cleaning in patient areas, offices, public and non-patient spaces and reports incomplete assignments.
• Performs floor care, carpet care and uses cleaning equipment including floor care machines.
• Responds to emergencies and discharges, cleans patient equipment, assists in moves and setup as needed.
• Manages waste disposal and supplies, and keeps cart clean and stocked.
• Follows department cleaning solutions and reports malfunctioning equipment.
