Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays for 24/7 coverage.
• Able to lift and push up to 75 pounds; stand and walk long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provides a quality service, meets customer and company metrics, maintains professionalism.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient use following protocols.
