Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Operations Supervisor to lead daily activities at a hospital-based Asset360 account in Wallingford, CT. You will oversee equipment delivery, retrieval, cleaning, processing and track inventory to maximize utilization while ensuring accurate billing records.

You will supervise hospital service technicians, train staff, and coordinate with Account Executives and Operations Manager to drive service excellence, safety, and timely problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in supervisor/management or customer excellence experience preferred.
• Business and financial management understanding to assist with contract management and account margin maintenance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as nights and emergency off-hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities at a hospital-based Asset360 account, including equipment delivery and pickup.
• Manage medical equipment inventory and par levels to maximize utilization.
• In‑servicing clinical staff and maintaining detailed customer records (billing information).
• Supervise equipment management teams and coordinate with Account Executives and Operations Manager.
• Recruit, train and develop hospital service technicians; ensure timely service delivery.
