Job summary

Agiliti seeks an Operations Manager to oversee hospital Asset360 programs at the Worcester campus. The role includes managing client relationships, supervising on-site teams, and ensuring equipment utilization, inventory control, and compliant billing.

You will drive revenue growth, lead process improvements, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet financial and operational targets. Travel may be required to multisite accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of supervision/management experience.
• Hospital setting experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge and medical equipment understanding preferred.
• Financial/contract management and account margin experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manages customer on-site service program (Asset360) and leads on-site staff to meet objectives.
• Collaborates with internal teams to promote revenue growth and cost containment with customers.
• Trains and develops employees; provides feedback and coaching for improvement.
• Ensures accurate billing documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Develops staffing and on-call schedules based on demand.
