Agiliti Health, Inc. in Charleston, West Virginia, is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee hospital equipment services under the Asset360 account.

You will lead the delivery, retrieval, cleaning and processing of equipment, conduct equipment tracking rounds, and maintain accurate billing and service records. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1–2 years in supervisor/management or customer excellence experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as well as nights and emergency off-hours as required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift/push 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily activities at a hospital-based Asset360 account.
• Deliver and retrieve equipment to patient rooms and standby locations; clean and process equipment.
• Track equipment and maintain detailed customer records (billing and related documents).
• Manage medical equipment inventory and maximize utilization.
• Coordinate and supervise equipment management teams as needed.
