Xanitos, Inc. is hiring Full-Time Hospital Housekeepers at University of Michigan Health West in Wyoming, Michigan. The Environmental Service team cleans and maintains patient areas, corridors, and restrooms to support a safe, comfortable hospital environment.

The role requires standard cleaning duties, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility for shifts including evenings and weekends. Benefits include medical, vision, life and disability insurance, 401K, paid time off, and employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience in the janitorial industry is a plus.
• Medical cleaning is a plus.
• Post-Offer Medical, Background Screening and Drug Test required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweeps and/or vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empties wastebasket and transports trash to the disposal area.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Transports small equipment or tools between departments.
