Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR and hospital de-escalation certification required.
• Some college experience preferred.
• 1–3 months of related healthcare housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean hospital areas including patient rooms, care units, offices and public spaces.
• Wash windows, walls, floors and furniture; prepare patient beds with clean linen.
• Use chemicals and supplies per procedure; maintain equipment properly.
• Transport waste and replenish supplies; report repairs to supervisor.
• Follow infection prevention and control practices and safety guidelines.
• Complete tasks on time and support quality initiatives.
