Responsibilities

• Establish standards and work procedures for housekeeping staff.
• Plan work schedules and assign staff, hours, and areas for coverage.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping personnel.
• Inspect facilities and recommend repairs or space improvements.
• Identify and address unsafe conditions to ensure safety.
• Evaluate new cleaning supplies and methods for efficiency.
• Prepare departmental budgets and productivity reports.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and reorder as needed.
