Responsibilities

• Performs timely patient room cleaning and supports departments; cleans daily in all areas including discharge cleaning, patient rooms, offices and ancillary areas.
• Completes project work such as floor scrubbing, carpet cleaning, wall washing and trash removal.
• Participates in Service Excellence initiatives to meet department goals.
• Adheres to hospital safety standards in chemicals, equipment, and hazardous areas.
• Follows hospital policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
