Qualifications

• Master's Degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a related field is advantageous.
• Experience in healthcare environment and infection prevention is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees environmental services, housekeeping, waste management, linen services and infection prevention cleaning protocols.
• Directs daily operations, staff management, training and vendor contracts.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Develops budgets, monitors expenditures and drives cost efficiency.
• Leads strategic planning and implements new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Collaborates with leadership to ensure safe patient care and service quality.
