Miami Neuroscience Institute Baptist Health South Florida is seeking an Environmental Services supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure cleanliness, quality, and service across the EVS function, and uphold regulatory standards.

You will coordinate staffing, train and supervise EVS staff, review SOPs, monitor safety and infection control, and collaborate with management to improve patient experience and department metrics in a hospital setting.

Competenze

• 2–4 years of Environmental Services experience (or 1+ year at NCHS)
• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Mansioni

• Oversee resources for the Environmental Services department and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Lead training sessions and staff huddles, and assist the manager in scheduling and project oversight.
• Establish and review standard operating procedures; ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
• Supervise EVS staff for room cleaning, floor care, waste and linen management; coordinate with other departments.
• Conduct daily rounds, monitor service levels, and report on metrics and improvements.
