Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and uphold appearance standards.
• Supervise Environmental Technicians and coordinate daily rounds with nursing leadership.
• Communicate service needs and update supervisors on progress and issues.
• Generate work orders for repairs and improvements.
• Adjust staffing patterns to meet daily demand while following labor guidelines.
• Operate and monitor department equipment and ensure proper usage.
