Job summary

Mission Hospital in Asheville, North Carolina seeks an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to clean facility areas per leadership standards. You will follow safety and sanitation guidelines, maintain uniform standards, report hazards, and collaborate with leadership to improve patient experience.

Preferred candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year experience in healthcare or housekeeping/service roles.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources to eliminate waste.
