Responsibilities

• Performs complete cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, scrubbing and sanitizing surfaces and fixtures
• Restocks restrooms and replaces light bulbs; reports repairs
• Removes waste such as soiled linen, trash, sharps, recycling; transports waste to proper destinations
• Keeps equipment clean and reports failures or other mechanical issues to maintenance staff
• Maintains safe working environment and complies with infection control guidelines and departmental standards
• Attends in-service education and safety trainings to maintain knowledge
• Meets time schedules and deadlines
