Job summary

Mission Health's Transylvania Regional Hospital in Brevard, NC is seeking a PRN Environmental Services I - Hospitality Associate. You will clean facility areas per leadership expectations and assist in improving patient experience through efficient service.

The role requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards, maintaining uniforms, reporting hazards, and collaborating with leadership to enhance care quality. Prior healthcare or housekeeping experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
