Job summary

TriStar Horizon Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate to maintain cleanliness across the facility. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and professional appearance under leadership direction, with focus on improving patient experiences.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma and 1+ year of healthcare or housekeeping experience. The position supports hospital operations and requires teamwork within the environmental services

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1+ years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred

Responsibilities

• Adhere to expectations around safety and sanitation.
• Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time
• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
