Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sweeps, mops, waxes, strips, and polishes floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets.
• Dusts and polishes furniture, woodwork, fixtures, and equipment.
• Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, door panels, windows, sills, blinds, and door glass.
• Empties, cleans, and sanitizes waste receptacles in assigned areas.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms and fixtures; replenish supplies.
• Picks up debris around building; maintain clean environments.
• Operates high/low speed stripping/buffing machines; set up spaces for events.
• Identify and report building maintenance needs in assigned facilities.
