Job summary

You will partner with department leaders to ensure content accuracy, alignment with hospital policies, and accessible learning resources while supporting onboarding and ongoing workforce

Qualifications

• Uses adult-learning principles and instructional design standards.
• Delivers orientation, annual education, regulatory training, and competency programs.
• Collaborates with department leaders to ensure content aligns with policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintains education records and competency documentation.
• Administers the LMS including assignments, rosters, and reporting.
• Coordinates education for multiple shifts and locations.
• Prepares dashboards on participation, completion, and improvement actions.
• Participates in audits and accreditation readiness initiatives.
