Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, Business, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• TN nursing license or compact state is required.
• BLS Instructor, ACLS Instructor, PALS Instructor, TNCC Instructor are preferred.
• Five years of progressive experience in healthcare education or related field is required.

Aufgaben

• Advise leaders on education strategy, competency development, and change adoption.
• Coordinate education for new or changing services, systems, and workflows.
• Develop, implement, and validate education content across departments.
• Maintain education records, calendars, and reports; administer LMS functions.
• Support audits, readiness activities, and accreditation-related education initiatives.
