Job summary

Gift of Life Donor Program seeks a Hospital Services Coordinator to partner with Delaware/Metro Philadelphia hospitals, ensuring adherence to best practices in organ donation while building relationships with clinicians and leaders.

The ideal candidate has nursing or related clinical background, strong communication skills, and experience educating hospital staff. This is a full-time, in-person role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related healthcare field required.
• Experience in hospital education, quality/process improvement, or clinical program development desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary teams.
• Public speaking, facilitation, or group education experience preferred.
• Experience preparing presentations or reports for clinical/leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain collaborative relationships with physicians, nurses, leadership, and bedside staff in ICU, OR, and emergency department settings.
• Support practice improvements and ensure donation standards are understood and applied.
• Deliver education to hospital staff formally and informally.
• Develop presentations and written communications to communicate outcomes and initiatives.
• Engage hospital leadership in data-driven dialogue to identify opportunities for growth.
